VINTAGE RACEWEAR Return Policy
At VINTAGE RACEWEAR, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please refer to our return policy guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
Return Conditions
Eligibility for Return:
- Only items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt are eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds can only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse. Exceptions apply if the item is clearly faulty or damaged, photo or video proof is required.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items reported stolen after confirmed delivery by the courier are not eligible for a refund. However, if this occurs, we encourage you to contact our support team, as such cases are reviewed individually and may be eligible for a partial refund or discount.
Reship and Restock Fee:
- If there is no nearby warehouse for returns, a reship and restock fee will apply.
- This fee covers the cost of shipping the item to our main warehouse and restocking.
- If you wish to return an item that does not meet our eligibility criteria, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us:
- Email us at hello@vintage-racewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide further instructions regarding your return.
Shipping the Return:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Include your name and order number inside the package for identification.
- Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- The reship and restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
